FAQs:

Do adults need a ticket?
Each child ticket includes admission for up to 2 adults free of charge. Siblings under 10 months can enter for free.

Are socks required?
Yes! Grippy socks are required for all children, and regular socks for adults.
If you forget yours, grippy socks are available for purchase at the entry.

Will there be food?
Each child will enjoy complimentary hot cocoa and cookies during the event. Our café will also be open for additional snacks and beverages.

Is re-entry allowed?
Tickets are valid only for the selected session time.

Can I take photos?
Absolutely! Families are welcome to take their own photos during the meet-and-greet. Our staff will also help snap a few magical moments.

Rules:

• All children must be supervised by their accompanying adult.

• Costumes must be safe for play (no sharp objects, loose glitter, or tripping hazards).

• Socks are required for everyone in all play areas.

• Photos with Elsa will take place in a designated area only.

• Please arrive on time for your session to enjoy the full experience.
