• Reservations Required
  All events, including special events, require prior reservation. Walk-ins are only permitted if space is available. Please book in advance to guarantee your spot.
• Timeliness
  Please arrive on time for all events. Late arrivals may miss out on key activities and could disrupt the flow of the event. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start time.
• Age Restrictions
  Each event may have specific age requirements. Please check the event details for age appropriateness before booking. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Safety First
  For the safety of all participants, we ask that children are supervised by an adult throughout the event. Staff will be present for general guidance, but it’s the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure safety.

• Non-Refundable Tickets
  All ticket sales for events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please inform us of any changes in advance.
• Food & Drinks
  Unless stated otherwise, food and drinks are not permitted in the event spaces. However, our lounge area offers a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase before or after the event.
• Behavior Expectations
  We encourage a friendly and respectful environment for all guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the event. We strive to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Photography & Video
  Photography and video recording may be allowed during some events but must not disturb or distract others. Please seek approval from staff for any media-related activities.
• Cancellations and Waitlist
  If you can no longer attend an event, please cancel your reservation so others can attend. If an event is sold out, you may join our waitlist and will be notified if space becomes available.
• Weather-Dependent Events
  For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect the schedule or event location. In case of cancellation, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date or a refund.
• Health & Safety
  For the health and safety of all guests, please refrain from attending events if you or your child are feeling unwell. We encourage guests to practice proper hygiene, including hand washing or using hand sanitizer.
• Special Accommodations
  If you or your child requires special accommodations (e.g., allergies, mobility issues), please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
• Events for Families
  Many of our events are family-friendly and encourage parent-child participation. For events like these, parents or guardians are expected to participate alongside their children in a fun and engaging manner.
• Event Modifications
  We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule events based on unforeseen circumstances. In the event of changes, registered participants will be promptly notified.
