Welcome to Play and Ponder! Before entering our indoor play area, we require all visitors to complete a waiver form. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please read through the terms and conditions carefully and sign the waiver below.

• Safety is our top priority. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in play activities and agree to release Play and Ponder from liability.
• This waiver is required for the protection of all visitors and allows us to maintain a safe environment for children and adults.

• All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Children must wear socks with grips while playing (optional if it’s a requirement).
• Parent or guardian must supervise children at all times.
• Play and Ponder is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• Alcoholic beverages will be served only to adults over 21 in accordance with OLCC rules.
• Guests are required to comply with all posted rules within the play area.

By signing this waiver, I (the undersigned) agree to release Play and Ponder and its employees from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during my visit or my child’s visit to the facility. I understand the risks and agree to follow all safety rules and policies.
