🔒 Enjoy exclusive access to our entire indoor play space for 2 hours, including 15 minutes for cleanup.
👨👩👧 Up to 45 guests total (including kids and adults).
💳 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking based on the selected package.
🕒 Arrive 30 minutes before your party to decorate and settle in.
❌ Deposits are non-refundable. One free reschedule is allowed with 14 days’ notice.
🎀 Decor Guidelines
- Confetti, glitter, or open flames are not permitted
- Free-standing or attached using command hooks
- No adhesives, tacks, or wall damage allowed
🧦 For safety, all children must wear gripped socks while playing. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
👀 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our staff is not responsible for child supervision during private parties.
🧼 Please remove all personal items during the last 15-minute in the event window. We’ll take care of the rest!
⏰ Parties that start late must still end at the scheduled time to ensure smooth transitions for the next booking.
🧃 Outside food is welcome only during parties and private events.
We have a cafe as well where you can purchase snacks and drinks.
We have alcohol available for purchase and will be served only by an OLCC certified server after verification.
🚗 Free parking is available on-site. Please avoid blocking other businesses or fire lanes.
⚠️ You are responsible for any damage to equipment, décor, or the facility caused by guests.

Yes! Every party at Play & Ponder is completely private, meaning your group will have exclusive access to the entire space for the full 2-hour duration.
We encourage safe play at all times and will monitor capacity to ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone.
Yes! At least one adult per five children must remain at the party. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Play & Ponder is not responsible and liable for unsupervised kids who breaks the general policies, rules and guidelines.
Yes! You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up decorations, food, and anything else you bring.
Yes! Free parking is available for all guests at our location.

Yes! We have partners we can work with to get character visits for your party(this is availability based)
Yes! We offer themed party favors and custom goodie bags as add-ons. They are included in our bloom, wonder, and amaze me packages.
Yes! We offer face painting and balloon decorations as an add-on.
Booking & Payment
You can book your party online, by phone, or by visiting us in person.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your party. We accept credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Yes! Our Weekday Special Sprout package starts at the lowest price for private parties booked Monday–Thursday.
We love celebrating double birthdays! You can add a second birthday child to your party at no extra charge from the same family —just let us know in advance!
If you plan on celebrating a double party with another family, please let us know in advance. This will have an additional $100 fee.
Other Policies
No, all gifts must be taken home at the end of the party. Play & Ponder is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
No! Standard cleanup is included in your party package. However, an extra cleanup fee may apply for excessive mess (e.g., confetti, smash cakes outside the designated area, spills).
Yes! Play & Ponder gift cards can be used toward party packages, add-ons, or playtime visits.
For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that any sick children or adults stay home. We allow one reschedule if your child is sick and you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
