Play Area Rules
- Our play space is parent-supervised—guardians must monitor their children at all times; staff is not responsible for supervision.
- Food, Snacks, Drinks and Alcohol needs to be consumed in the lounge area at all times.
- No Food, Snacks, Drinks and Alcohol is allowed inside the play area.
- We are a nut-free facility to minimize allergy risks. Please do not bring common allergens into the facility (e.g., peanuts).
- No outside food or drink allowed, except for baby food or bottles.
- Play area is designed for non-violent, supervised play. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal.
- No chewing gum inside the play area
Lounge and Alcohol Policies
- Adults over 21 may enjoy wine, spritzers in the lounge area.
- Alcohol will only be served by certified staff in compliance with Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) rules.
- IDs will be checked for age verification before serving alcohol.
- Wine, spritzers, and other alcoholic beverages are to be consumed in the lounge area only.
- The play area is not responsible for any liability related to food and alcohol – third-party vendors are responsible for quality and safety.
- Play and Ponder is not responsible for over the limit drinking and driving. We may enforce and limit the serving of Alcohol for safety and health reasons.
- Management reserves the right to update policies and refuse entry if necessary for safety and smooth operation.

- No roughhousing, running, or any behavior that could harm others in the play area.
- No Large Group Celebrations: Informal group gatherings (e.g., birthday parties without reservation) are not allowed during open play hours.
