✨ Guided moments with Santa: Each family will enjoy 1:1 time with Santa, with our staff there to assist, while other children enjoy festive play—so no one misses a moment of the magic. If your child isn't ready for meeting Santa just yet, they can always go back to playing and getting more comfortable before we try again.

Q: Do adults need tickets?
A: No. Each child ticket includes up to 2 adults at no extra cost.
Q: Can grandparents or other family members come?
A: Yes! If you’d like more than 2 adults per child ticket, additional adult spots may be available depending on capacity. Please contact us in advance to confirm. Additional fees may apply.
Q: Do babies need tickets?
A: Babies under 10 months attend free with a paying sibling.
Q: How long will we get with Santa?
A: Each family will enjoy 10 minutes of personal time with Santa, guided by our staff to make sure every family has a magical moment.
Q: Can we take our own photos?
A: Absolutely! Families are welcome to capture their own pictures. Our staff will also be there to help take family portraits and candid moments so you can be in the memories too.
Q: What if we arrive late?
A: Please plan to arrive on time. Each session is carefully scheduled to ensure every family has their 10 minutes with Santa, and late arrivals may shorten your experience.
Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another family — just let us know in advance.
Q: Will there be more sessions added?
A: No. These dates and times are the only sessions available, so be sure to reserve early!
