Families are welcome to take their own pictures, and our staff will also be there to help snap family portraits and candid moments with Santa, so you can be part of the memory too.

π₯ For the grown-ups: wine, beer, and spritzers will be available for purchase.
β¨ Guided moments with Santa: Each family will enjoy 1:1 time with Santa, with our staff there to assist, while other children enjoy festive play, so no one misses a moment of the magic. If your child isn't ready to meet Santa just yet, they can always go back to playing and getting comfortable before we try again.

- $45 per child
β¨ Each child ticket includes up to 2 adults.
β¨ Babies under 10 months are free with paying siblings.
π Bonus: Every child goes home with a free weekday play pass to Play & Ponder, valid in January 2027.

- This is a one-day event by RSVP only. Sessions are limited, and we won't add more dates or times.
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. You can, however, transfer them to another family.
Each session is 90 minutes. Space is limited, so reserve early!

Q: Do adults need tickets?
A: No. Each child ticket includes up to 2 adults at no extra cost.
Q: Can grandparents or other family members come?
A: Yes! If you'd like more than two adults per child ticket, additional adult spots may be available depending on capacity. Please get in touch with us in advance to confirm. Additional fees may apply.
Q: Do babies need tickets?
A: Babies under 10 months attend free with a paying sibling.
Q: What do we take home?
A: Every child goes home with a holiday craft kit to create with the family, plus a free weekday play pass valid in January 2027.
Q: How does the January play pass work?
A: Each child receives a weekday play pass at the event, redeemable for open play at Play & Ponder on any weekday in January 2027.
Q: Can we take our own photos?
A: Absolutely! Families are welcome to capture their own pictures. Our staff will also be there to help capture family portraits and candid moments, so you can be part of the memories too.
Q: Will drinks be available for adults?
A: Yes. Wine, beer, and spritzers will be available for purchase. Valid ID is required for anyone 21 and over.
Q: What if we arrive late?
A: Please plan to arrive on time. Each session is carefully scheduled so every family has their exclusive time with Santa; late arrivals may shorten your experience.
Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another family. Just let us know in advance.
Q: Will more sessions be added?
A: No. December 20 is our only Santa day, and these session times are the only ones available, so be sure to reserve early!
